We use DHL express shipping for your gown, delivering it boxed and with a garment bag. Shipping usually takes 4-5 working days, but we allow up to 10 days for any unforeseen delays.

5. Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong children’s wear product due to an error on our part, please get in touch with our customer support within 1 days of receiving the item. We will work to rectify the mistake and ensure you receive the correct product.
6. Exceptions: Our “No Return, No Refund” policy is strictly enforced, with the exceptions of damaged or defective items, as mentioned above.
7. Cancellation: Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be cancelled.
